How to Install and Activate ON1 Photo RAW - (latest version 2017.6)

The Full Version of   ON1 Photo RAW 2017.6    is now available for download! Please   click here  for the most up to date release notes and solved issues. 

To activate the new ON1 Photo RAW, you will need to sign in with the same email that you used to purchase the program (this is the same address as your pre-release notification email you received). Your password is the same password that you use to login to your User Account on our website. 

**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ACTIVATION**

You WILL NOT receive a license number or a password from us to activate the new ON1 Photo RAW 2017. 

If you do not remember your password for your User Account, or if you have purchased our programs but never logged into your User Account on our website, you WILL NEED TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD on our website prior to signing in to activate ON1 Photo RAW 2017. 

To reset your password, please click here to get to the Login Page. Once on the login page, simply click "Forgot Password".  

 How to Install and Activate ON1 Photo RAW:

 If you are able to login to your User Account on our website, you are ready to install and activate the new Photo RAW. The links on this page have been updated for the FULL Version of the ON1 Photo RAW (Version 2017.6). Installing the full version from the links below on top of a previous version (2017.0, 2017.1 or 2017.5) will overwrite the previous version. Your presets and extras will remain in the program. You will not need to uninstall prior to following the steps below: 

Step 1:

Download the installer.

If you are on a Windows machine, please make sure you click "Save File". This will save the installer to your Downloads Folder on your computer. Please make sure you wait for the download fully complete before clicking on the installer. If you are running an earlier version, simply download and install the program on top of what you already have. This will overwrite the version on your machine and install the latest version. Please note, by default your legacy versions will remain installed on your machine. 

Click on Mac or Windows to begin the download.

Step 2:

Install the program. If you are on a PC, we recommend temporarily disabling your antivirus prior to running the installer, once you have done so please right click on the .exe file and choose "Run as the Administrator" to launch the installer. If you are on a Mac, simply double click on the installer to launch it.

Step 3:

Launch the program. This will bring up the sign in/activation window shown below. The ON1 Photo RAW activation is tied to your User Account and email address you used to purchase. It is CRITICAL that you are using the same email address that you used to purchase ON1 Photo RAW when signing in. If you are receiving an error message when signing in, have forgotten your username or password or are unable to activate for any reason please click here. 

Once you have entered your email address and password, you will be able to click the blue "Sign In" button and begin using the program. 

If you do not know your password, or if do not know how to login to your User Account please log in to your User Account here. If you do not know your password, you will be able to reset it on the login page. 

Once you have reset your password, you will be able to sign into the ON1 Photo RAW activation when you launch the program.

Not sure you have the most current version installed?

Please note, after installing a free update, the program will still be listed on your machine as "ON1 Photo RAW 2017". However, the build number is listed in the About Window splash screen. If you are seeing the new splash window on startup, you are running the 2017.5 version!
